All student reviewers in the Flamingnet in the Classroom and Library program must have an adult underwriter.
An underwriter is either a librarian or teacher who will be evaluating and editing the student's book reviews after they are submitted to Flamingnet.

The underwriter will determine whether the review is acceptable for posting on Flamingnet or if the student must edit their review before resubmitting it for reevaluation.
Underwriters are also people we contact if students do not send their
reviews back in a timely fashion.
Mail this application with a $15.00 administrative fee per student to the address below.
The administrative fee helps us with the costs associated with processing and mailing books. After a year, if a student chooses to continue as a Flamingnet student reviewer (whether continuing in the FLAMINGNET IN THE CLASSROOM AND LIBRARY PROGRAM or not), he or she can renew their membership for $10.00 for each subsequent year.
