This sponsor should be either a parent, librarian or teacher.
Sponsors are people we contact if students do not send their
reviews back in a timely fashion and are sometimes asked to
edit a student's reviews before submitting them to Flamingnet.

* Special consideration requests to waive the administration fee can be submitted to us by a librarian, teacher, or parent.
* If you are not accepted as a Flamingnet student reviewer, the administrative fee will be refunded to you.

By submitting this application you agree to the following:
All Flamingnet student reviewers grant Flamingnet Book Reviews an irrevocable license to use their book reviews any time in the future,
throughout the world in any manner it so chooses and in any medium now known or later developed.

This includes the right to modify the reviews as necessary in Flamingnet Book Reviews' sole discretion. This also includes, without
limitation, use on Flamingnet.com, on book jackets, Amazon.com, and any other material it wishes. Flamingnet student reviewers acknowledge
that Flamingnet Book Reviews is under no obligation to use their reviews.

Flamingnet student reviewers understand that Flamingnet Book Reviews will credit student reviews with the student's Flamingnet initials or
other means when requested, wherever Flamingnet uses student reviews.

Flamingnet student reviewers agree that there are to be no fees, commissions or royalties paid to them for the use of their reviews.
Flamingnet student reviewers acknowledge and agree that they will author any and all reviews submitted to Flamingnet Book Reviews.
Flamingnet Book Reviews is not responsible for lost reviews or lost/damaged books.
